Before You Cancel Your Order

Before submitting a cancellation request, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team. We may be able to resolve your issue without the need to cancel your order.

If you still wish to proceed, please complete the cancellation request form, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation Terms

A. You may request to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, or within any longer period required by the applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

B. Where permitted by applicable law, an order cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee not exceeding the maximum amount allowed by law.

C. Whenever reasonably possible, returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and in their original condition.

D. Once an eligible cancellation has been approved, any refund will be processed to the original payment method. Confirmation of the refund will be provided upon request.

E. Cancellation or return rights may not apply to products that are:

• Custom-made or personalized for the customer;
• Perishable or otherwise unsuitable for return;
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened;
• Digital products or downloadable content where access has already been provided;
• Audio, video, or software products that have been unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.
